I have seen the RDP site, not very impressed by it. There are no examples
of code, the descriptions are short, and things marked 80% done aren't
started half the time. I'm thinking of a site that will have a picture of
the widget with a description under it. Following that, a list of all
functions, what the do, what all the vars are for, and what it returns.
Then a sample program that will compile and run that uses that widget &
that function. With every line having a comment explaining what it does. I
would like people to be able to come to the site, and get there answers in
about 5 clicks or less. But I would love to help on the 3rd party widgets
site, as it does fit into the plan above, we/I/you/others could always add
the standard widgets at any time. How detailed a site were you planing on
making? anything like mine?

Hi Justin:
I'm not the most qualified to speak about this, but I think your mission
has largely been undertaken by the RDP authors (see
http://www.gtk.org/rdp/).
However, as you probably noted in my previous posting, I am very
interested in having a central location where people can share the fruits
of their labor regarding the creation of new "3rd-party" widgets. Maybe
we can work together on this?
Sincerely, --josh
