Exactly what is the significance of the return value from a signal
handler? Eric's book mentions it in the specific case of a destroy
signal but not in general (or at least I didn't find it); it's looking
as if when I return 0 from my keypress signal handler I get all the
keystrokes, while if I return something else I get the
every-other-keypress behavior I described yesterday.
