Okay, so V0.1 wasn't great (cos it was my first attempt). So I rewrote it,
and instead of copying all the GtkButton code like V0.1 GtkComboButton is
now derived from GtkButton (like it should have been originally).
Fixed the GTK_STATE bug and lost 50% of the code.
