Is there a convention for events like this? Are CVS people generally
expected to mail a certain list saying something along the lines of
"ANNOUNCE: gtk-engines API changed - recompile gtk+ and gtk-engines"? or
is everyone expected to read through cvs-commits-list for this kind of
info?
