Fraid not. I did a total rebuild about 3 months ago and everything is
going into /usr/local. all my autogen, etc...scripts are ./autogen.sh
--with-included-gettext. it finds glib etc. all in /usr/local/* where it
should be...EXCEPT for glibconfig.h.
