GTK 1.1.15 pretending to be 1.1.14

I tried to compile eMusic today,
Only to find out i dont have the correct GTK version and cannot compile.
For some bizzare reason my GTK+1.1.15 pretends to be GTK+1.1.14

If that matters, i used the patch to upgrade from 14,
but it didn't do such weird behavior before,
when I patched from 13 to 14 (actually i compiled alot with the modified
14 and I havnt got a single GTK/Configure-script error.

Please help.
