Actually, the screwup was with 1.1.14, where the produced
configure was slightly older than the configure.in.  This
resulted (and I just noticed this last night) that people
compiling 1.1.14 would have the 14 soname.  Thus, 1.1.15 
is consistant with the configure script in the 1.1.14.
