Announce: Gtac-0.3.1: GUI wrapper for tacacs+ freeware daemon

I've just released version 0.3.1 of Gtac.  This can be downloaded
(complete with screen shots) at

Gtac is a simple wrapper that uses the tacacs+ freeware daemon
as its engine.

If you don't know what tacacs+ is, you probably won't care about
using this program.

Right now, Gtac allows you to start, stop, restart, and check status of
the server.  It also allows you to edit the configuration file and 
watch the debugs go by.  There are also some checkboxes at the 
bottom to change the debug level.  The second and third pages
(Groups and Users) don't really have any function.  I'll add 
functionality as I go.
