Ok, I've expressed myself bad, it should be the 'file selection dialog'

And no, I'm not saying that you should get rid of the buttons,
the buttons _must_ be there, but in other way, this buttons
should be displayed _without_ taking many attention from the user,
because they do not represent _much_ used functions.

And, btw, putting 'dir' is a bug, it should be 'directory' or
'folder', not 'dir'.
