Gtk-config

Hi-
I attempted to build an RPM of GTK+ 1.1.3 using the included spec file.
It built fine, however when I installed it I found that gtk-config
--cflags was not showing my X11 include directory. Major problem for
compiling stuff. Anyone know why this would be?
