ANNOUNCE: GtkPacker 0.9.0

GtkPacker is a Tk-like packer for the GTK toolkit.  The
algorithm for the packer is the same as the packer in 
Tk 8.0.

Version 0.9.0 is available at:
ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/users/amundson/gtkpacker-0.9.0.tar.gz

An demo is included which allows interactive control of 
buttons in a packer.

If you are not familiar with using Tk's packer, I suggest
finding info on Tk which explains it.  A tutorial on the 
packer's layout algorithm is not yet included.
