Gtk/Perl 0.2.0 uploaded to ftp.gimp.org

Release 0.2.0 of my Gtk/Perl module has been uploaded to ftp.gimp.org, and
should be uploaded shortly to CPAN.

I apologize for this release being a bit incomplete, and a bit late. 
Anyhow, it works quite well with Gtk+ 1.0.0 and 1.0.1, as well as
supporting several external widget sets, including Gnome and XmHTML.

Several outstanding bugs/limitations remain with non-gtkobject objects
(which means structures, opaque pointers, etc.), though the GtkObject
framework is shaping up quite nicely.
