popup menu

Hi, I'd like to know if there exists such a kind of popup menu, working in
a way that when pressing the right mouse button, it displays in the window
showing the options. The idea is that this widget is independent of a menu
widget and associated to the window (like tooltips to buttons).
I hope you'll understand the idea.
