Problem with CVS-updates

Hi!
For the last week I have been trying to update my source-tree
from cvs.gimp.org, but allways fail with an error like:
% setenv CVSROOT
':pserver:anonymous@cvs.gimp.org:/debian/home/gnomecvs'.
% cvs update
cvs [update aborted]: connect to 205.229.104.5:2401 failed: Connection
refused
Exit 1
% setenv CVSROOT':pserver:anonymous@cvs.gimp.org:/debian/home/gnomecvs'
