[PATCH] WM_CLASS patches uploaded to gimp.org

Hi there!

I just uploaded to patches which fix some incorrect parts of
the WM_CLASS handling of gtk. The first patch (#0) removes the
leading path from the progname (the instance part of the class).
The second one changes the default WM_CLASS of a new window from
NULL:NULL (this is evil ;-) to the class of the leader. This does
not interfere with programs which set the own classes (i.e. The
GIMP).

The patches are also attached for testing.
