Gtk FAQ in 0.99.4 ???

Hi, I just started processing Gtk FAQ that is in 0.99.4 distribution. Here's
what I get:

Making gtkfaq.html from gtkfaq.sgml.
/usr/local/bin/sgmls: syntax error at line 1: `(' unexpected
/usr/local/bin/sgmls: syntax error at line 1: `(' unexpected
/usr/local/bin/sgmlsasp: syntax error at line 1: `(' unexpected
/usr/local/bin/fixref: syntax error at line 1: `(' unexpected
/usr/local/bin/html2html: syntax error at line 1: `(' unexpected

What would that be (unless sgml2html on sunsite is faulty)?
