GtkText Widget and Horizontal Scrollbar

Hi !

I was trying to make a horizontal scrollbar for the GtkText widget,
but I failed miserably... first I tried to just attach a horizontal
scrollbar... that worked, but it didn't get used (always had full
size, lines were being wrapped like before). Then I set the line_wrap
to FALSE by hand (since I couldn't find any function to do it) but
that didn't help, either. Now the lines don't get wrapped and they
leave the screen on the right side - the scrollbar still claims there
is nothing to scroll to, though.

So what else do I have to do ? Any suggestions ? Is it possible the
horizontal scrollbar isn't working yet ?
