[BUG] gtk-config and -R option

[matsu arch comp kyutech ac jp (Takashi Matsuda)]

Linker which I'm using requires -R options.
gtk-config provides -R for X library path, but does not provide for
/usr/local/lib (in where libgtk is).

My environment is:
	Solaris 2.5.1
	(SunOS arch 5.5.1 Generic_103640-05 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-1)

	X11R6.3


I tried to fix this, but I could not understand how to determine @libdir@
in gtk-config.in.

Does someone know how to fix this?
