It's being done by Tim Janik, and I hope it will be ready before 1.1/1.2
is released. (I want to eventually use it for the Glade UI builder,
so that Glade will be able to dynamically load widget libraries).

By the way, I've got CVS access now, so I'm willing to help get this
done. (Didn't someone send a patch ages ago which added Arg support for
a lot of widgets?)
