Clist redrawing bug

There is a bug in Clist redrawing handling.   Run testgtk of the latest gtk
release (0.99.13), run the Clist example.   Place another window on top
of the CList window, such that Clist is partially covered by this other window.

Scroll upward by using the up arrow of the scroll bar.   Then you see the
exposed area is not redrawn properly.

The clist redraws correctly when scrolling with the thumb bar.
