Ok, here are a few rules about submitting gtk patches:
* Context patches only (diff -c)
* Upload all patches you actually want in future releases to the ftp
server: ftp.gimp.org/incoming. When figuring out the date to
include in the patch name, use yymmdd, not your favorite method.
* Post small ones, or ones you wish discussed, to the list and
put [patch] in the subject. These might not make it in the
release if you don't upload them as well.
If your patch ends up in the old/ directory and didn't get applied,
feel free to ask about it on gtk-list - perhaps I made a mistake.
