I'm posting this message merely to put in my two cents...
A gtkrc file would be great (both a public one and a ~/.gtkrc). I may
love KDE (is that asking for trouble on this mailing list? :), but I
still like the fallback of a good *rc file.
Would it not be impossible to extend GTK so that you could change the
colors of the windows (not necessarily theming) through this rc file idea
as well? Or is that going to be covered in Raster's work?
