Little warning on the last version of gtk-- (0.9.0)

Once you've installed gtk-- 0.9.0, don't forget to remove the old
version of gtk--sig.h, which should be in
<install_path>/include/gtk--, since the new one is now in
<install_path>/include.

The symptom is that you get "implicit definition warnings" on the new
connect_to_*() functions.
