Thanks! THIS is what I was looking for. I believe this should be put in
the docs in a place where everyone could see it. Inheritance is so
important...
Right now I'm building it out of gtk.defs as I go.

I'll leave this for now, since I didn't write the Modula-3 GtkTree
wrapper yet ;-)
