Ugh. Been trying to create a gtkpiemenu.c out of gtkmenu.c
gtkmenuitem, gtknotebook, and gtkoptionmenu all call
gtk_menu_attach_to_widget. I think I'll do better creating a new
object for pie menus whose parent is gtkmenu, not gtkmenushell. Back
to the drawing board! :)
