[new widget] button box

Hello gtk+ people,

with hbox/vbox I found it fairly hard to let my buttons look
and feel like on other platforms. That's why I wrote a new
layout widget: the button box. It layouts buttons of all kind
nice and easy. 

I have put more information at

(which has very easy example source code), sources and a
patch against gtk+970916.tgz.
