New version of GtkCList

There's a new version of GtkCList on ftp.gimp.org /pub/gtk/jpaint

The column-resizing code is under a rewrite, and doesn't work right now.
However, there are a couple of new things:

    * twice as fast as the previous clists
    * MacOS style row shading (color configurable by row)
    * indentation of cell contents
    * horizontal scrolling
    * somthing else, but I'm drawing a blank...
