pango-1.40.10.tar.xz missing configure script

The pango-1.40.10.tar.xz file released yesterday is missing a configure script and other generated files. Is
it safe to use this version if we run ./autogen.sh on it ourselves, or might it have other problems and we
should wait for 1.40.11?
