Applying tags on opentype font file

Hi All,

I have a use case where I have to create a new module like arabic,
this module applies trad tag on font file for HAN script, but I want to apply some other tags also like smpl.

As trad tag is mutually exclusive of others, how can I apply other tags ?
Or should I write another module for different tag however script is same ?

With Regards
Neha
