"very bad rendering quality" means that ".dfont can show glyph
but the quality is very ugly"? Or "glyph cannot be shown?"
I think, the rasterization in FreeType2 is exactly same for
.dfont, normal TTF (naked sfnt, in Apple terminilogy), and
legacy resource fork mac font.
