Re-open closed bugreport

Hey everyone,

I apologize in advance for this undesired way of highlighting a bug (so I'll make it very quick), but I 
wanted to ask whether you would consider re-opening this bugreport:

From what I can tell, it has not been fixed and has been falsely reported as fixed. It would be great to see 
a real fix for this, even though I'm aware it doesn't affect the "bigger players" like Gnome or Ubuntu (cause 
the Adwaita/Unico engine doesn't expose the bug), but smaller distros like Xubuntu will look a little 
crappier with Gtk3.10.
