It also deprecated GtkRecentAction, because it deprecated the base
GtkAction. So far it has no replacement for use in the world of
GAction/GMenu/GtkBuilder instead of GtkAction/GtkMenu/GtkUIManager:

Isn't this reason enough to revert the deprecation of GtkAction and
GtkUIManager?

Deprecation without replacement makes the deprecation less useful to
application code because it makes it impossible for me to achieve zero
use of deprecated API.
