Glib Install Error

Hi  

My name is Jeff. When i install glib
of the version 2.32.4, i got the following error notice in blue font-

The following is how I install 'glib'-First，run
./configure --prefix=/usr  

Until this step, I got nothing wrong
tip，then run 'make'，ths above error window showed.

Could you please help me analyze what's
wrong, and what should i do next to resolve those errors?
