build failure pango 1.28.3

hi,
i try to build pango 1.28.3 with glib-2.26.1 and gobject-introspection 0.10.1
I have the error on build PangoFT2-1.0.gir
i have test to add the file pango/Makefile the include dir
fontfonfig(/usr/X11R7/include) but fails
