Mersenne Twister in GLib

There's a bad URL for info on the Mersenne Twister in glib/grand.c
(on line 71 in the glib-2.26.1 version), which propagates to
a broken link in the GLib documentation.

The URL given is
http://www.math.keio.ac.jp/~matumoto/emt.html but the currently
correct address is
http://www.math.sci.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/~m-mat/MT/emt.html

Also, I'm wondering if the GLib implementation is up to date
with the code on the Hiroshima site, and if not, whether there
would be interest in updating it -- something that I could
probably contribute to.
