Yes it will be listed with that in Makefiles (and intltool stuff), but
gettext introduced a new syntax for it to be possible.  Anyway, it
can't solve the problem (which is that Q_() used single string with
context, and Q2_() expects two separate strings).

Those two are incompatible approaches, and Bruno opted for the better
long-term solution, rather than going for compatibility with Gnome and
former GNU practices/recommendations. :)
