I don't think GtkGLArea should be in libgtk-x11-2.0.so, but I do think
it makes sense to include it in the GTK tarball.

The reason to include it is that it becomes "official" so it's widely
deployed, easy for people to find, and in the main documentation.

But last I heard no one could track down the GLArea maintainer
anyhow. ;-)
