themes shipping with gtk

Hi,

Would anyone find it terrible if I put the Windows and Metal themes in
the GTK package? I think we should have the ability to emulate these
two platforms out-of-the-box, and maybe have the win32 port set the
Windows theme as default. With the themes in the GTK package we'll
have to keep them building, and we'll encourage patches to GTK and the
themes to improve our emulation.
