yet another pygtk snapshot

There were a few changes in gtk that happened a few hours after I released
the last snapshot of pygtk which caused it to stop compiling, so here is
another snapshot:

This release also fixes a few small bugs in the code generator that were
causing some method wrappers not to be generated, and integrates an
incomplete pango wrapper (which also means that functions in gtk that used
pango types should work now).

There is a demo program in the examples/pygtk-demo directory that is
modeled after the gtk-demo program, which is probably the best place to
start playing around with pygtk.
