Not to mention the fact, the author is not currently pushing to get this
widget included in gtk+ 2.0 (maybe because of previous experiances?).

It would be nice if the author was pushing this (and willing to maintain
the widget AFTER its included in gtk+ 2.0 and make sure any new
features/functionality are compadible with what would go in 2.0)


Also, the author has a few other interesting widgets that might be worth
looking into.
