Dynamic theme changing

Hi all,

*) I want to know how to give a GTK theme file (RC file) as input to
GTK+2.10 libraries and also which directory to put in
*) Also I want to change the theme dynamically

This may be a small clarification. But I don't know how to do this.
Please let me know how I can do this.
