How to highligh a frame

Hello,

I am developing an application in which multiple Frame widgets appear
on the screen at once.  I would like to be able to "highlight" one of
those.

Currently, I highlight a frame by making the text in the frame's title
bold... I would like to do more. I envision giving the frame a
different color tint.   Is this possible?
