i meen LPT and not LTP.
how to read a word from parallel port.
more on http://www.1osb.ims.hr/skola/lpt/LPT-input.html, but not english.
i now work this with DLportIO but it work only on windows.
i need read what is on 889 adress (if in bios).
somebody can help?

If so, the answer depends... to send something to the
printer, you can pipe output to lpr or lp; for a better
interface, see maybe libgnomeprint?
