How to specify max char limit on GtkTextView

Hi All,

I wish to enforce a maximum character limit on a GtkTextView.  For
GtkEntry, there is an API called gtk_entry_set_max_length(), but I
couldn't find one for GtkTextView.

Is there a way to enforce this limit somehow?
