enter/leave notify w/ mouse button down

Hi,
     Is there any chance that I can get a enter notify
and a leave notify with the mouse button pressed ?

   I see that its convenient to call that a "no no" for most
UI apps in the desktop environment, but its quite practical
in the touchscreen environment where the left mouse button is
*always* down ;-)
