status bar resize: broken under windows

Hello,

The GTK+ status bar seems to be broken when I compile under Windows. Can anyone
confirm this? Basically, what happens is that as I move the mouse
cursor over it on a
compiled application the mouse pointer changes but I cannot drag the
window when I
click (and I must grab the lower left hand corner window manager frame
instead of
the lower left hand corner widget itself).
