GtkAction in Windows

 Is the the GtkMenu/GtkToolbar/GtkAction alrready been ported to Tor's latest
win port ?

 What about the g_ini (?) INI parser in Glib.

 I read about them on a release note sometime back, but I am not sure if they
have made it to Tor's schedule.
