GtkEntry +GtkNotebook +win32 bug

BTW, GTK version=2.2.4, don't know if it exists in the 2.4.x delivery.

At first I didn't understand what the problem was, but is it this:
With gtk+-2.2.4, when the app window initally opens, and just the "Foo
#0" tab name is visible, no matter how you try to click in the name
field, it won't accept input. After scrolling the tabs just once, you
can type into the name fields.

Anyway, both with gtk+-2.2.4-20040124 and gtk+-2.4.1, I can type into
the initially visible tab's name. So it seems that whatever caused the
problem in 2.2.4, it has been fixed. I would guess some change to the
infamous show_window_internal() in gdkwindows-win32.c fixed it.
