Pixbufs and Colors

Hi all:

 Currently I'm writing a GTK+ component for Gambas ( http://gambas.sf.net ), and I have two questions (by 
now):

1) The 'Color' class from Gambas, must provide a function to translate a color from RGB format to HSV format. 
Is there any GDK/GTK function to perform that translation? At least the GTK+ color selection dialog seems to 
have a way to provide these values, but I can't find them in the API reference.

2) To implement the 'Image' and 'Picture' gambas classes, I'll use GdkPixBuf. The class must provide a way to 
rotate an image. Is there any predefined function to do that, or must I write it?
