Toggle buttons on toolbar.

Hi all,
   I want to know is there any way to get a toogle button in toolbar, which has the same effect as the 
justification buttons in OpenOffice. 
   The default toggle button doesn't really lokk like them. They show dotted-rectangle(focus) when I click 
them.
